We have been in business since 1988. We manage over 250 properties, specializing in the North and Northeast Portland area. With our competitive rates, we offer a wide variety of management levels ranging from major owner participation to total carefree management.

We work with licensed, bonded, and insured contractors to provide our customers with the highest quality repairs and maintenance at the best price. We provide complete accounting from monthly statements to year end consolidated tax statements.

    1/2 of 1st month's rent
    $500 minimum
  • Monthly management fee of:
    8% of gross rent
    $60 minimum
  • Multifamily units will be quoted after consultation and inspection.

  • We have an automated voice mail system that lists properties for rent w/small property description, available 24 hours.
  • We advertise on our web site, available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
