We have provided this form for your convenience in requesting repairs or service orders by email. Note that requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, except for holidays. For after-hours tenant emergencies only, please call (503) 349-4440.

Please note emergencies are handled first and we recommend you call for emergency repairs. You will be contacted within 48 hours of your request by our vendor/contractor.

Do we have authorization to enter the unit for the requested repairs? Authorization expires after 7 days unless repairs are in progress.*

Do you have any pets that we need to be aware of? Please be aware that maintenance people will not enter the premises if you have a dog that is not restrained.*

Note: If tenant insists on being in unit when repairs are being performed, contractor will call and provide a two hour window of time when he/she will be at the unit. If tenant is not home during this block of time a $50 service call will be charged to tenant and payable within 10 days.
